Schedule a quick, free estimate (A $150 value!) by filling out the form below and we'll email you, or give us a call at: (865)-221-7197.
Or, feel free to send us an email at: paintlybiz@gmail.com
Please have answers to a few questions prepared before the online or on-site estimate is performed. Here is a list of the questions that you will be asked -
1: What kind of estimate do you want? If an on-site estimate is chosen, we will help you schedule an appointment date, then an estimator will arrive on-time to introduce themselves, take measurements, and ask just a few questions about what you were wanting painted, if you've decided on a color, and what quality of paint and finish you'd like. If an online estimate - performed via phone or video call - is performed, you will need to provide the Sq. Ft. (walls and ceilings) of surface area to be painted, and/or Linear Ft. (trim, crown molding) measurements to us. Measurements must include the width, length, and height of the room being painted.
2: How soon will you be needing your project completed? Is it urgent, or are you flexible on dates?
3: What level of prep will you be wanting done? To read about the four different levels of prep, please head over to our services page!
4: What condition is your substrate (surface to be painted) in? To read about the three different levels of substrate conditions, that is located on the services page as well.
Once you have the answers to the four questions above, located just below there are revolutionary pricing sheets that sets a standardized price per square foot of paintable surface. The information you gleaned from the Services page will help you understand the chart. Go ahead and take a look at it below!

Revolutionary Price Sheet - Walls and Ceilings
You may be wondering why we'd give out our pricing so readily, and for free! Because YOU are important to us. We want to be transparent with our pricing, and what you can expect from Paintly before you ever get in contact with us. We want to offer you something of value without you having to purchase anything. This is something no other painting company offers. Enjoy!
Please take a look at this pricing sheet to roughly determine how much your project will cost. Keep in mind that this sheet applies to non-textured ceilings and non-textured walls. If your walls or ceiling have a texture (popcorn, orange peel, stomp), then this sheet does not apply, as the condition will have to be determined by a professional.
Before we jump into the pricing sheet, please note that substrate condition is determined per room, by taking the average condition of all walls in that room. For example, if one wall in a bedroom is in better shape than the other walls in the same room, the price per Sq Ft is based upon the condition of the majority of walls, not on the single wall in good condition, and vice-versa.
The following sheet is for labor only, and does not include materials.

Price Sheet - Baseboard and Crown Molding
Your baseboards and crown molding usually take the same amount of prep, and are often in fairly good condition. Damaged substrate such as with peeling or bubbling paint, water stain, or newly installed substrate that needs caulking and puttying will take more extensive prep. Keep in mind that very badly damaged baseboard or crown will likely need to be replaced. Replacing baseboard and crown is not a service that we offer. Baseboard and Crown Molding are priced similarly.

This next sheet shows you what we charge for exteriors. It is broken down into a few segments. First there is the Sq Ft of the wall to be painted. This is subject to change depending on what substrate it is (ex. cinder block or stucco), as different substrates require different prep methods. Then there is windows and door pricing, and the rest of the segments show price per linear foot. Enjoy!
